True story: I once worked at a place where a co-op co-worker put up a "morale meter" in the shape of a large cardboard thermometer -- like the kind you see on fundraising drives. He adjusted the level up or down depending on how much guff he got from superiors.
Needless to say the mercury plummeted on the day he was told to take it down.
Everything makes a little more sense when it's anchored.

Speaking of Co-ops, I say Grayden the other day. I guess he plays ultimate. I'm sure he's highly placed in some fast moving start-up somewhere.
