oh, apparently there was somebody with an EverQuest character named something-something Anchorbutt in 2004. he was an elf. and a cleric.

Man, what I wouldn't give to be dubbed a "pop intellectual" by GQ!!!
GQ's standard for being an intellectual is appearing in an encyclopedia commercial. though he did do a "report on space".
his blogs are interesting, if you can digest the narcissism. he claims to have lived in a giant beverly hill mansion with interesting properties.
also, ray bradbury taught him how to make ice cream sundaes, and as a child he had an indian chauffeur that chased his gym teacher off with a sword.
