I would say:
1 (one) guy on bass, beard and (bass) vocals, 1 (one) guy on chest freezer, drumstick/stove, and Slash-like heairstyle, and Snarf on backing vocals, sledgehammer/stove, and ass-crack.
They're practically three one-man bands.
snarf also plays simmering pot like a pro
