Holy crap, Rowlesy actually read this junk. I take back the burn. Also, I need tips on cutting weight for weigh in. Not so much the "how do I get myself to sweat a lot" kind of advice, as maybe some diet changes and (legal... or not) drugs that can aid in the process.
Uncle Ben's is like 95% sodium! That schnitt makes you retain water. I had about 6oz tilapia yesterday and some asparagus, then a can of tuna fish (low sodium) and some green beans. Maybe 500cals tops. No water.
I've got 4 more days to earn $1500, so I need advice on laxatives and pamprin and other anorexic crap.*

*Perhaps I should explain I'm in a weight loss competition at work, for the last ten weeks, and I think I have a chance at the prize (15 people, $100 each, winner (by percentage loss) takes all. For the bulk of the contest I've been eating very healthily, and I'll be going back to that after weigh-in on Friday, but for $1500 I would like to medical endanger myself, just a little bit.
Final tactic: No added salt in the diet, minimal food ( well under 1000cals/day), no water for the four days leading up to the weigh-in. I would've thrown in the pamprin and laxatives, but they let me move my weigh-in up a day on late notice.
Prolly skimmed off and extra few lbs. My final tally of 16% is at least competitve.
Everything makes a little more sense when it's anchored.

I hardly think DonkeyPuncher getting on his knees is news. Let us know when he gets off them.

Wow, I got second. Some dude lost like .4 lbs less than me, but because he started lighter his percentage was 19.
I lost with dignity and dehydration.
