Damn, I got a disorderly conduct ticket for much less than that.
apparently there's a level of conduct that gets you picked up, and then a level significantly beyond that which gets you a job offer.
i've taken to saying "i can break these cuffs. NYAAARRRRR!" in wildly inappropriate situations.
